I've had it for a couple of years now and it's been good. Hardly any problems. I just didn't like the fact that I don't get any signal from my college dormitory. I guess that was because I have Sprint service. I will be getting a different phone and service as soon as possible.

The phone itself was ok - it felt a little cheap when you held it. I'm fairly knowledgeable about computer equipment, so wasn't too daunted when it came to exploring the menu interface. My advice: don't go exploring too much, even with the user guide. (Yes, I was the child that Dad would give a user manual to and tell me to teach him how to use the new toy.) There are sections that refer you to page numbers, and what's on that page has nothing to do with the topic. Also, there's an email option available through the Messaging option, but I was told it wasn't supported on T-Mobile's system. Have to use the "Multimedia" option. What?!!My biggest gripe is their distributor system...I'll find another service with another phone, quite likely. This one didn't impress me enough to buy it again.

This cell phone PDA combination is great. The screen is bright, the numbers light up and the front flips down to protect the viewing screen. The phone seems well made and can stand up to front pocket use. I previously had a older kyocera phone PDA combo but it was bulky and had a hard time getting the software to sync on my laptop. This phone is much better. The only problem I have had is retrieving emails. I am not sure but I think sprint wants you to pay for an additional monthly fee to have email access.

I'm glad I ended up finding a bundle that made this phone only $$$ after rebates. (You should be able to find it free with signup now, else don't bother.)
It's too bulky, turns itself off occasionaly (with plenty of battery left), has developed a glitch with the ringer tone volume (too low even at highest setting), has too little memory (full after one custom tone, one game download, a few dozen address entries and 5-10 pics) and only syncs address book with iSync (no calendar or notes sync).
It does have excellent reception and the camera is fun if you have a well lit subject, although keep in mind you'll need a bluetooth computer to share the photos unless you subscribe to iMode (which is a terrible service, they should pay *you* to beta test their user-interface).
The rotary style buttons didn't bother me but irritate many of my friends who have purchased the phone or have used mine.
I'm setting my sights on the Sony Ericsson T610 as soon as my contract is up.
