I use this headset with a Motorola Star-Tac. I works perfectly. What make this better is that it is tele-coil compatible, yet reasonably priced. I also find the over the head style more stable, especially on long rides in the car.
Product features:
Convertable to over-the-head to over-the-ear
Works with headset ready cordless phones
RF noise shield with adjustable boom
Includes 2.5mm plug
Microphone volume switch

I have used a PalmV, a Palm Vx, and then a Clie NR70, and the Treo is easier to use than all of them as a PDA... plus, it's a great phone.... plus it's an mp3 player...plus you can take pictures and short videos with it (yes video with free online software)...plus you can easily surf the net and get your email...plus you can send email and SMS messages...plus you can listen to Audible books on it...All that adds up to the greatest convergence device I have ever seen!! And a great community of Treo users online at treocentral.com to help if ever something doesn't work right!
Product features:
Treo 600 combines a full-featured mobile phone and Palm OS organizer with wireless applications like email, text messaging, web browsing and even a digital camera
QWERTY keyboard makes entering text and accessing information fast and familiar-perfect for messaging and a must have for email
Built-in color web browser, Blazer, gives you fast access to nearly all the sites on the web-not just the ones optimized for mobile devices
Take a picture or share images with others via email-you can even attach a photo to a phone number so you can see exactly who's calling with Picture Caller ID
Because Treo 600 runs the popular Palm OS, there are thousands of applications you can download and use-like MP3 players, etc.

This unit had the best sound and some of the poorest ergonomics I've encountered. The ear and mic volume control worked great with cordless phones and my Sanyo PCS phone. It was a BIG improvement over my old BodyGlove set. Unfortunately, it does not fit well. The over-the-head component would pop out of the earpiece socket as I put it on. When I resorted to over-the-ear mode, the boom would stick out when the earpiece was flush on my ear. When I set the boom close to my face, earpiece moved off the ear and volume suffered. The last straw was when the 'flexible' ear hanger broke as I attempted to adjust it - I had owned it just three days. Soooo... I'm still looking for the perfect headset.

As they say, good things come in small packages! I know that I'm happy that I purchased this phone, but my g/f is ecstatic! This is my first cell phone purchase. It is VERY user-friendly (I easily customized my phone without the guide...directions/manuals are for whimps :) My V300 arrived activated and somewhat powered up ready to use, but my only dilemma was how quickly I could learn how to use all of the many cool functions before running out of power. I'm a photographer and the phone's camera is no where near what I'd consider a serious contender in the field, but it definitely is a fun feature to have on board. Apparently this is a high-demand phone and Amazon's shipping estimate is (much) later rather than sooner. Their original shipping date was about 5 weeks away -April 14th. I received it in 5 days!I think that this is a great purchase. I know my g/f thinks so too!

Be very wary of Amazon's new promotion for a the $50 Razor with new Cingular service. If you read the fine print you'll find that porting your number to a Cingular account "makes you ineligible for the Amazon.com rebates." Other than that the phone is decent, it looks cool (thin but wide) and is a good deal for $50 if you don't need to port an old number.

T-Mobile has a winner here. The Sidekick is still a work in progress, but it's a great first effort that represents a purpose-built, bold design approach that no other provider has taken. It succeeds in delivering most of what (in a few years) will be considered normal wireless capability. And it's already a pleasure to use; although not yet perfected, it's way out in front and for that reason deserves 5 Stars.I thought long and hard before buying this, and chose it over Palm and WinCE-based smartphones. Currently, the Sidekick is the hands-down best blend of keyboard, display, and connectivity, while still being a decent smartphone. As a cellphone, it has the obvious downsides of larger form factor and short battery life, but these trade-offs are plenty bearable IF you're looking for excellent browsability. In that area, this is the best there is.I can only hope that T-Mobile continues to invest in refining this product (Outlook synching, SMS messaging, more ringtones, and bundling a Jabra EarBoom headset would all be nice). If they do, they'll keep winning customers, like they've won me away from AT&T. ;-)
Product features:
Important note: It's required that you add the Sidekick Unlimited Data option to your service plan before you check out.
To add the required option, you must add the Sidekick and a service plan, and then on the Accessories page, you need to select the Sidekick Unlimited Data option located under Service Options (this option is located on Step 3 in the checkout process)
The T-Mobile Sidekick is the ultimate communication device
A large color screen that flips open to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard makes for quick and easy communication
Stay connected with all your friends with unlimited e-mail, AOL Instant Messenger, Internet browsing, text messaging and mobile snapshots

There are not enough stars to rate this phone. If you have never tried a "smart phone" you will love this phone. The pda/cell phone combo makes life so easy. You've got your schedule and all your contact data with you, all the time. No more carrying around a cell phone, palm and pager. I have email, web, word, excel, powerpoint all on my I330. Very easy to use and unlimited flexibility as to what apps you install on it. Take it as far as you want and need to. Lots of user groups to support your learning curve. This cell phone is state of the art.Try it! You won't be disappointed.

After years of owning separate PALM devices, cell phones and PCs I finally decided to break down and purchase the Color Blackberry (actually got the AT&T version)Pros:
** Excellent PDA synched with my Lotus Notes PIM apps via Pumatech's Intellisynch seamlessly
** Form factor wonderful-keyboard a joy but not a one handed unit
** Interface for phone software wonderful (check for hidden keystrokes to speed thing upCons: (and the reason I am returning** Headset terrible had so much feedback was asked to mute it on numerous conference calls (over 2 days)
** Desktop Software (not synch) for installing apps would not work Even after installing service packs, hacking registry and calling support who's biggest focus was making sure I knew where I was downloading the SW upgrade to on my Hard drive so I would not lose it.
** No voice dialing
** No speed dialing other than 1 for voice mailAll in all I was terribly disappointed by the phone features. And due to the feedback on the handsfree (support suggested I turn the volume down -- did not work) found the unit unuseableNext step is to try the Treo 600
