Great for Nextel Hands Free

This headset is designed specifically for the Nextel phones listed with the Direct Connect (Push to Talk) button. It works great! Both my husband and I have them for our Nextel phones (i530 and i730) and use them daily. It's comfortable and works exactly as designed. Maybe the other reviewer didn't realize it was only for specific Nextel phones.

Good Phone

Suffered none of the bad things everyone else has in their reviews. Reliable, and does what it's supposed to do; be a phone. Great customer service at T-mobile also, but sometimes has a creepy "Stepford Wives" feel to the experience. If the phone is ever restocked, get one. Good reception in Vegas too.
Product features:
New color screen with the "classic" Nokia 6000 series style
Mobile Internet capability
Includes polyphonic ringtones, speakerphone, and an integrated stereo FM radio
Phone book capacity for 300 contacts
Receive messages with image, sound, and text

This phone is as good as it gets for me...

What I love:
- it's small, slim, and very lightweight
- the light sensor under the 0 key that decides whether or not you need the backlit keypad (you can turn this on or off)
- the quality of pictures is amazing for a teeny little camera phone, and you can choose filters (auto, daylight, incandescent, flourescent, night, grayscale, sepia, and cool). Takes great pictures from an LCD monitor to use as your wallpapers on the phone
- that it's a camera, speakerphone, camcorder, media player, MP3 player, voice recorder, and task list (although I would have preferred a notepad function)
- the big screen that has great clarity and color range
- expandable to 256mb using a MiniSD card
- can assign voicetags for easy dialing and photo ID for friends (love the animated GIF templates option for the IDs)
- can block your caller ID to anyone not in your address book
- I love the back button (just like on your browser)

What annoys me:
- I really miss having a simultaneous ring AND vibrate option, like my old TDMA
- the manual is LACKING REALLY BADLY. Expect to figure some of the stuff out on your own or seek help in message boards
- volume is a bit low at it's loudest
- the camcorder is pretty choppy, but that's to be expected
- it's too easy to accidently scroll when trying to hit the action button
- should be permitted to customize your home screen more, along with color choices (there are currently only two choices for font, none for the rest of the color on the home screen)
- no headphone jack ... why would you listen to your MP3 player without headphones (you can use the earpiece, but it has a unique jack so you cant use a normal headphone jack)? The phone plays songs very clearly even though volume is limited that way, but I don't know that everyone around me wants to hear it too.
- wish it had the MiniSD card slot on the outside instead of under the battery

Overall, I'm in love with this phone, and the bad points DO NOT outweigh all the good. Buy this phone while you can!

Call, email, text message or instant message - all from one integrated phone

Nokia Travel Charger for Nokia Phones
This charger is Great!

I love this charger. It takes up next to no room in a suitcase, so I don't hesitate to take it with me when I travel. It charges the battery in half the time (or less) that the directions say it will. And the charge lasts just as long as with larger more expensive models. This charger is great and it is the only one I plan to own.
Product features:
Compact, lightweight, and affordable
Powers the phone while you talk
Sturdy construction makes it ideal for travel
Protects against overcharging

Just another cell phone...

The reasons people are giving for not liking this phone are all problems that seem to be with the provider not the phone (service in certain areas etc)! The phone is a bit larger than other phones on the market but has great battery life. While the flip around screen is cool, it is annoying after a while to have to keep flipping and such. It would be such a better phone if it had a caller ID window on the other side in addition. The camera does what it is supposed to do i suppose.. let's face it: it's a camera phone, not a nikon. All and all it's just another cell phone in my humble opinion... just a matter of personal preference. It does everything it is supposed to do. I have had no problems with it.
Product features:
Rich color quality, multiple camera functionalities and photo caller ID,
Animated, icon menu provides a simplified visual user interface
Voice memo, voice dialing and voice recognition
128 x 160 graphic display that doubles as Caller ID screen and camera display
Unique flip display design

Two thumbs up

I have been nothing but pleased with this phone. In the past, I always got the cheapo freebie phones whenever I renewed my plan, but this time decided it was time to upgrade.

I haven't had any of the problems some people have mentioned -- The color screen is nice, I can actually hear the phone ring in my purse, and its tiny so I can even slip it in my pocket without it stabbing me in the gut.

And, yeah, it doesn't have a camera, but thats not a feature that I need as I already have a digital camera.

I think its a good buy overall. I have been pleased with it.

And, T-Mobile's phone service is outstanding and you get more for your money. 600 minutes a month a free nights and weekends and truly no roaming for $39.99. You can't beat that with a stick!
Product features:
This sporty little model is as fun as it is stylish
Large color screen (65,000 colors)
Download MegaTones from the hottest bands
WorldClass international phone (dual band: 900 & 1900 MHz) for travel in over 100 countries
Comes with picture messaging and AOL Instant Messenger

Nokia 5180i Prepaid Phone (Tracfone)
Little Personal Customer Service: Buyer Beware.

I have used the Tracfone service for several months now, and I have no complaints. I have had no problems with adding minutes, and the phone has worked everywhere I have tried it. Why should I pay $30 or $40 per month for a traditional cell phone plan when TracFone does all I need for $8 per month? The Nokia is a simple, no-frills, rugged phone that is perfect to keep in the glove box for emergencies or for occasional use. I like mine!
Product features:
Phone comes with 10 free minutes upon activation, $100 bonus airtime offer, headset, battery, and charger
Simple-to-use navigation buttons and graphical screens
Large 5-line screen
Changeable faceplates allow personalization
Up to 180 minutes of talk time and 200 hours of digital standby time

Astoundingly poor service from Virgin Mobile

Let's face it, pre-paid services are designed to take advantage of people with bad credit. They're forced to accept high per-minute charges on shabby phones with even worse reception. But not all of us have bad credit. I was formerly an AT&T subscriber and before that I'd been with Verizon for years. I like having a mobile phone with me at all times, and I want great reception, caller ID, a nifty phone, great customer servive, etc., but I simply don't put enough minutes into my phone to justify committing to $40.00 per month for a year (or two).I've been aware for a while now that pre-paid service would be better suited for me. But because they were all so ghetto-quality, I felt it worth the $40.00/month rather than give up my dignity and be seen with a phone from TracPhone or Liberty Wireless.Thank God for Virgin Mobile! Not only are they as classy and quality as the big subscrition services, I feel they're better.Virgin Wireless costs only $20.00 every 3 months at a minimum. Of course at $0.25/min for the first 10 mins. and $0.10 for every min. thereafter, a subscription service would make more sense for someone making lots and lots of calls. But the amount of calls I make ends up costing me roughly $10.00/month. That's a lot of savings!Virgin's customer servive, online and over the phone, is fantastic. Although I haven't needed much assistance, the few times I had to contact them, I didn't wait on hold longer than 30 seconds. The operators were smart and friendly. And what's most important of all, the reception is as good as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Cingular, etc. (my co-workers all have mobiles from all the major carriers; we compare our phones constanty). Now about the Kyocera Slider V5. This is a top-knotch phone in every way. I'm the only one I know with one like it. The slider idea is nifty. The speakerphone is very good. I agree that the buttons are a little tricky, but they are hardly worth mentioning. I'm also not interested in the MTV motif, but I can assure you, there are only a few ringer/wallpapers/ringsavers from them. The rest are normal, and very nice, I might add. With the exception of a neraly invisible insignia on the battery, my phone is completly MTV-free.Overall, the Kyocera Slider V5 on Virgin Mobile Wireless is a fantastic deal. I'm 100% satisfied. I recommend this to everyone!
Product features:
No prepaid minutes included. Comes with charger.
Unique sliding design - phone slides open with the push of a thumb
Full-color screen
Downloadable, polyphonic ringtones and vibrate alert

Very happy with this headset

I purchased this headset for use when on the cell phone. The sound quality and way it fits is excellent. The headband could be a bit sturdier but I am careful when expanding or shortening it so I think it is fine.

Convertable to over-the-head to over-the-ear
Works with headset ready cordless phones
RF noise shield with adjustable boom
