Okay, yes it is a great phone with all the little extras, but how i wish i could trade all that stuff in for just an hour of talking time. Everytime i talk to someone for more than an hour or an hour sometimes the phone will disconnect or i won't hear anything while the other person hears me going, bla, bla, bla. What kind of service is this!!!!I am very dissapointed!

I recently purchased an i330 for my wife and have been putting it through its paces for the last week. I've owned dozens of PDAs and mobile phones, and currently use a T-Mobile SideKick (a/k/a Danger HipTop) as my personal mobile phone. I use the Sidekick as a point of reference for my review of the i330.First, here's what I like about the i330:* Familiar OS: Despite its relative age, the Palm OS still has of the fastest, most efficient user interfaces of any PDA. The folks at Samsung have done a good job integrating the phone functionality into the Palm OS.* Sleek Form Factor: The shape, size, and weight of the i330 feel great. It's a nice compromise between portability and screen size. The heft lends a nice, dense feel to the phone, and the construction is top-rate. This thing could have been built by Apple.* Button Layout: The buttons are well placed and function intuitively.* Application Availability: You can download and install thousands of different applications on the i330, including a decent SSH client (TopGun SSH). Not so with the Sidekick: as of yet *no* 3rd party applications are available. What I don't like about the i330:* Lack of Applications: There are no Email, Instant Messenger, or SMS applications installed on the phone by default. For the price, I had expected these. For comparison's sake, my Sidekick came with excellent versions of all of these apps right out of the box. I don't want to have to choose between, and ultimately purchase, versions of these applications.* Not Always-On Internet: In some ways, the i330 acts like three separate devices: PDA, Phone, Internet Device. Each must be turned on separately. The i330 must "connect" to the internet (complete with "Dialing" dialog box) before you can use internet apps. The Sidekick, in contrast is always connected to the internet if wireless coverage is available.* Lack of Multitasking: In my opinion, this is the biggest flaw in the i330. Applications like Email, Instant Messenger, and SMS do not continue to run in the background when the i330 is in standby mode. Combine this with the fact that you have to remember to manually connect to the internet, and you've severely limited the "communicator" functionality. Again, compare this to the Sidekick: the SMS, AOL Instant Messenger, and Email applications are *always* listening for incoming messages, even when you're running other applications or when the phone is in standby mode.* Feels a bit "hackish": Let's face it: the Palm OS was never designed to power a telephone. Although Samsung has done an admirable job on integrating the phone and Palm OS, there are times when the phone functionality still feels like a hack. There are subtle things like separate preferences for the phone and Palm, and the fact that when the OS freezes, you must wait for it to unfreeze before you can use the phone.Summary:
With the i330, I think Samsung has done as good of a job as anyone in terms of building a Palm OS based phone. But I suspect less advanced computer users will frustrated by the out-of-box experience, the lack of default applications, and the not-always-on internet connection.

I placed my order on Feb 21st and it has since been delayed twice. About a week ago, a rep told me that my order got messed up. The email assured me that it would be shipped by March 23rd (Today is March 22nd and my order still has not shipped).
They even offered overnight shipping for free. Wow, but that doesn't help considering I've been waiting for almost a month.
I don't believe I've ever waited this long ordering anything online before.
If you can be without a cell phone for 4 weeks, then by all means order from Amazon. If Amazon takes care of this matter, I'll be sure to post a follow up to this review.

I have this phone for the past 3 months and am very very happy with the deal I got. The phone has great features. Apart from all the basic features, it is a great camera phone. I brought this phone not only for its looks but mainly for its camera. Lotz of options like zoom, contrast and brightness enhancement, multishot (a very useful one for clicking photos on the go). The best thing is the photo quality and the photo size (starting from 128X120 to standard 640X480).Drawbacks are:
1) It takes a couple of seconds for the required feature to get initialized.
2) The screen is smaller than some other camera phones.
3) In the silent mode, sometimes, even after the call ends the vibration persists.Apart from these minor things it is a class apart from all in its category and the lightest camera phone I have ever seen or used
Product features:
Large LCD color screen feature 65,000 colors (128x160 pixels)
Built-In VGA camera with 640x480 resolution, flash, and self-timer
Equipped with mobile Internet and text messaging
Supports 40-chord polyphonic ringtones
Download ringtones, wallpaper, and games

The Samsung E715 Phone is the best camera phone out there. My first phone was a Nokia 3650 camera phone and the picture quality was horrible and the phone was big and bulky(at least twice the size of both the sony and the samsung phone). I returned this phone and then bought the Nokia 3650 camera phone. The Nokia 3650 phone is great except for two problems. The first problem is that the phone had no cover and therefore the phone would get scratched. The second problem and probably the most important was the reception was horrible. I only got two bars maximum. The Samsung E715 Phone is a great camera phone because you can zoom in and then zoom out. It is difficult to judge reception because it depends on carrier and number of cell sites in the area, but T-Mobile in Chicago is good to very good. The Samsung E715 has a built in antennae which picks up signal better. The phone can capture an action sequence with multiple shots. The phone also has a flash option which gives light to pictures. The pictures are extremely clear and the because the Samsung E715 Phone is a flip phone the screen will not get scratched. The silver parts on the phone are stainless steel and therefore will not scratch as easily. The only downside is the phone is probably the most expensive camera phone on the market today, but like they say "good things can be found cheap, but great things always cost money."

One advise - Don't buy it! This is the 3rd time I had to take advantage of the warranty and it takes forever to receive it from Sony. Problems: The volume button on the side fell, the reception is just awful and it's really slow. This happened with all the replacements I got.

Considerably larger than my Moto 820, but surprisingly the Jabra does a much better job at staying linked to my Moto V600. That's critical. A BT device does little good, if it's not linked. The LCD read-out means you don't have to look at the phone, though I have trouble reading it while wearing polarized sunglasses, which means, whenever I am driving. The fact that the unit rings and vibrates all by itself also makes it less necessary to have the phone near. The earpiece broke off when I was adjusting it, but things happen and I expect to get the unit replaced under warranty. The noise-cancelling mic seems to work well, though BT itself adds an extra layer of things to go wrong. I do not find it too heavy, even for extended periods of time. Fit is a bit difficult, but you can get it to be well-positioned with a little work (if the earpiece doesn't break off). Overall, I'm down with this one till something even hotter shows up. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
Product features:
Blue backlit LCD display shows Caller ID info on incoming calls lets you know who’s calling before you answer
Easy to use jog wheel for menu navigation and volume control
Call vibrate/ring tone function enables you to select your favorite ring tone from the headset
Automatic volume control compensates for noisy surroundings by increasing the listening level accordingly and noise cancellation technology means that the incoming caller can hear you more clearly

I ordered this phone more than 2 weeks ago. "Usually ships within 24 hours" HAHAHAHA LOL Who the heck are they kidding. After waiting this long, I just gave up and cancelled my order. On top of this, Amazon hides their customer service number so you can't find it and complain to them. Forget it. I'm going to the kiosk at the mall.
Product features:
Built-in CommuniCam digital camera
Bluetooth enabled; infrared support
PC Synchronization using SyncML over WAP
Instant Messaging client - Yahoo, AOL, and ICQ supported
Organizer includes alarm clock, calculator, calendar with up to 500 entries and more
